Professional project manager, advanced level, module III

The advanced level course consists of 4 modules and is based on the Project Success Vector and PM² Methodology. It gives you a broader and deeper view of current project management tools and methods. It is intended for people who already have some background knowledge and experience of project management. 3rd module is described in the 'Program' section and modules can also be taken separately. Exercises, groupworks and discussions are used to deepen the understanding of course items.

Prerequisites: basic experience or training such as 'Get started in PM' is recommended
