Classroom training: 1 day
* Modules can be done separately
The basic level course consists of 2 modules and is based on the Project Success Vector and PM2 Methodology. It gives you a broad view of current project management tools and methods. It is intended for people who already have some background knowledge and experience of project management. Modules are described in the 'Program' section and they can also be taken separately. Exercises, groupworks and discussions are used to deepen the understanding of course items.
Target audience: project & program managers and coordinators, project portfolio managers, project team members, middle and upper level management, business controllers, analysts and experts
Working methods: lectures followed with groupwork, exercises and review questions
Prerequisites: basic experience or training such as 'Get started in PM'
