Description and benefits
PM2 is a lightweight, open and easy-to-use methodology that supports effective project implementation. PM2 is suitable for all types of projects and contains elements from many project management best practices, standards and methods, such as PMBoK Guide, PRINCE2®, IPMA-ICB and is based on lessons from projects implemented in the EU institutions.
The training program is divided into 2 separate modules and it provides a comprehensive understanding of the PM2 methodology and prepares you for completing specially the Level 2 PM2 certifications (Essentials and Advanced). The ease of use and simplicity of the methodology guarantees that you can immediately apply the learned methods to your own projects and understand how to improve project management.
