Description

This webinar-based certification training prepares participants to meet the requirements of the PMP^® certification and to apply project management principles effectively in real projects

The course covers the certification requirements and core project management performance domains as defined by PMBOK^® Guide (8th edition), while continuously connecting theory to practical project situations. Certification concepts are explained through realistic examples, exercises, and discussions, helping participants understand not only what the standards say, but how they are used in practice.
