Note that risk management requires MonteCrystal plan.
First open the risk list by choosing 'Risks' from the 'Risks' main menu. Click on the risk name to open the risk display. Left hand side of the screen shows the following information:
- Name of the risk
- User
- Description
- Probability of occurrence (%)
- Cost impact given as absolute ($) or relative (%) amount depending on the chosen cost impact type (see 'Creating a risk')
- Duration impact (%), which is always relative
- Other risk impact on a scale of -10 ... +10. Negative numbers reflect negative risks, i.e. an impact where performance is better than planned.
- Risk edit and delete links
- Link for creating a new risk
Middle part shows assigned and other tasks of the logged-in user. Assigned tasks mean tasks having the risk.
Right hand side of the screen shows assigned and other projects of the logged-in user. Assigned projects mean projects having the risk.
