The user view opens after clicking on the name of the user (figure 1). The project portfolio section on the left (highlighted in the figure) shows:

• actual and planned costs of the projects,
• the actual and planned duration of the projects; and
• the number of projects that have stayed within budget and schedule and those that have exceeded them

The Crystal plan is required to view the portfolio data.

The middle section shows:

• own projects and projects to which the user has editing rights; and
• risks

The right hand section contains:

• resources and
• working time calendars

You can access the desired items by clicking on the links. The items on the user view are also displayed on the home view.
