PM² is an open, free, and practical project management method originally developed by the European Commission. It is widely applicable to both the private and public sectors and is a natural choice for any project organisation. Now Finland has its own regional coordinator.
EU’s next Multiannual Financial Framework (2028–2034) points toward results-based funding, stricter monitoring, and stronger horizontal principles—though the specific details are still under negotiation. Payments and funding for various project stages will be linked to the achievement of predefined objectives and milestones. Sustainability and corporate social responsibility need to be considered, thus requiring proven project management methods and competencies.
In the webinar, we will:
Project managers, coordinators, specialists, and project team members, representatives of funding and intermediary authorities, project personnel from development agencies, municipalities, educational institutions, and companies, as well as project management professionals and trainers interested in EU project management. No prior knowledge of PM² is required.
